Our products are handwoven and, being handmade, may carry natural variations in colour, weave and finish. See our Disclaimer Policy for details.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without prior notice.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it, including where the item is out of stock, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. Aarchaa does not store your card details. By paying, you agree to the payment partner’s terms in addition to these.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarchaa’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
