Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at care@aarchaa.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return as below.

Returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Report a damaged or wrong item within [48 hours] of delivery with photographs.
• Customised, blouse-stitched or altered pieces are non-returnable, except where they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [7–10] business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
