• How long will my order take to arrive?+

  Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

• Do you offer free shipping?+

  Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000. A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below that.

• How do I use my first-order discount?+

  Enter the code WELCOME10 at checkout to get 10% off your first order.

• Are the colours accurate?+

  We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can, but colours may vary slightly with your screen and lighting. As handloom pieces, small variations in weave and shade are natural and are a mark of authenticity.

• What is your return policy?+

  Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Customised or blouse-stitched pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

• How should I care for my saree?+

  We recommend dry-cleaning for the first wash and gentle hand-wash thereafter, drying in shade. Store folded in a cotton or muslin cloth, away from direct sunlight.

• Which payment methods do you accept?+

  We accept cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets, processed securely through Razorpay. We never store your card details.

• Can I track my order?+

  Yes. Once your order ships, we email a tracking link. You can also view your orders any time from your account.
