We pack every piece with care and ship across India through trusted courier partners. This policy explains our timelines and charges.
Order processing
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Handloom pieces that require final finishing or blouse stitching may take longer; the estimated dispatch date is shown at checkout where applicable.
Shipping charges
- Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹5,000.
- Any customs or import duties for international orders (where offered) are borne by the customer.
Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes [3–7] business days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer. A tracking link is shared by email once your order ships.
